Site update - email working

As a new feature, designed to make it easier to keep track of activity, replies to articles will be mailed to their authors.
Also comments posted in response to ones you leave will now result in an email notification.
If you are logged in you may change your preference by using the "Receive Notifications" option in the "Options" menu link.
