Site downtime [Completed]

The machine hosting this site is suffering from a failing disk, and will be shut down shortly so that a new drive may be fitted. Update: Migration complete.
The expected downtime should only be a couple of hours, but you never can tell. As there is only a single disk the site will need to be reinstalled from the CVS repository, and the server reconfigured from scratch.
Now is a good time to remind all users to test their backup and restore cycles.
