If youy want to specify a particular IP address for Apache to listen youy can edit ports.conf and add Listen x.x.x.x:80 where x.x.x.x is your IP address. You can define your domain name in a virtualhost with directive ServerName. See documentation at httpd.apache.org for more info about configuring apache (the article has described the Debian particular things to do). Hope it helps
