Posted by Anonymous (199.209.xx.xx) on Wed 3 Aug 2005 at 21:10 Hi, I'm a newbie and I have a question about how do you determine what the device name is for the USB flash media. I have Debian 3.1 loaded, and when I insert my USB flash media, the system recognizes it and mounts it. However, the properties show it to be in /media/"volume name". I have no idea name it is associated to under /dev/ TIA, Jon
