The fix to the package description which specifies that is pending... If you make your own kernels with kernel-package the kernels will have a slightly different name, and the config files in /boot will be named a bit differently... In order to be able to create an initrd image with yaird you have to symlink that file to the "normal" name the config would have if it was not a xen kernel... In debian you might want to avoid the network-bridge script, live with the default network-dummy one and configure the bridge in the "debian way" under /etc/network/interfaces It might be useful to build and unprivileged and lightweight kernel if you want to run more than a few guest domains...
