But there's a solution ! Just made /usr/bin/screen with the bit setuid (sudo chmod u+s /usr/bin/screen), and now, after activate the multiuser option, just add an acl like : ^Aacladd techguy[RET], then the user techguy can join your screen by typing : screen -rx yourusername/ And remember than root can always access a multiuser session ! (Note, this tip was already available at https://www.debian-administration.org/articles/34#comment_10 ;-))
