I couldn't find much through Google about people's experience with it or any obvious steps that I had missed. There wasn't any output regarding a failure in creating the .iso, so I looked at the make-live script briefly. That was quickly interrupted by my kids getting in to mischief, so I didn't make much headway on it. Again, thanks for the quick update.
