I've used mutt exclusively for the past four or five years after moving from pine.
Nothing comes close to it for me.

I use Mutt for all my personal mail, wouldn't think of using anything else for that.
I use Thunderbird at work where I access four shared IMAP mailboxes simultaniously. Each mailbox can be configured independantly.
Both are very good email clients (Mutt's my favorite).

Thunderbird, KMail or Mozilla Mail now and then, but when using IMAP one can use what one wants, when one wants to.

Sylpheed, sometimes KMail and... eh... pine? :)
As long as it has decent IMAP support. And it's always nice to have a text-mode client in case the whole GUI would be fucked up, or when you are on a machine without X.
