I had to deal with a few customers who were a little scared ahead of the day, largely due to their expectations that capacity problems would be visible. But on the day itself I don't think there was too much of a jump in actual IPv6 traffic.
For what it is worth this site is IPv6 enabled and I'd estimate less than 5% of visitors use it.

I'm waiting for the manufacturer of my DSL router to upgrade the firmware to give full support to IPv6 in the router AND the built-in firewall. It's about time the sale of non-IPv6 capable routers was outlawed ... that would help get users up to speed!

I'd be happy to run v6 internally and would like to make some headway into this issue but I can't even seem to locate a suitable wireless router to accommodate my needs. Will continue to wait, read and then strike once the iron is hot.
