I almost editted this poll submission to have the choices be 'No' and 'Yes'. But I figured it'd be almost more fun to leave them alone.

Not really a topical poll, but I like meta-discussions and I had no other polls in the queue...

i am not sure how many debian user is running it at this time, but i bet there are few

Feel free to submit any polls you like.

I really do appreciate it.

if you like meta-discussions, recently i noticed one funny/interesting -- "how many windows you have currently open?" -- maybe put it into the queue? :)

I almost created them as Yes and No.

But - you can't answer no - without answering?

I didn't expect to see the poll go live actually :)

I've done that before though in other places - creating polls like "I ignore polls: [True/False]".

I posted it because I get very very very few poll submissions, and a fair amount of the ones I do get are not really suitable.

99% of the time when I post a poll myself somebody will complain about a missing option, or want to select multiple choices. I'm just not good at thinking them up...

Anyway it looks like this has prompted a lot more submissions so it isn't a bad thing :)

I wasn't going to complain about a missing option until you said that. In fact there really is a strong case for a third option. There must be at least three ways of saying yes.

Is this fun form of statistical research if order does affect poll results?

Yes, next week we'll see the same poll with the options swapped, to see whether that makes any difference.
