Version 3 seems to be tailored to a few specific niches. I don't like the concept of adding de-restrictions to restrictions in the license if you don't like certain parts. (And that someone else can then remove your de-restrictions to re-restrict the software.)

IMHO it adds a layer of complexity that will just increase the probability that someone will get it wrong. anti-KISS.

I admit I'm not a lawyer, so maybe I have it all wrong.

I might switch my vote to GPL v3 when it is out of draft ;)

My code mostly has v2 or any later....

LGPL is missing, probably MPL should have been there as well.

Thanks for letting me know, guess I was typing too quickly.

I've updated the code so that trailing "/" characters on the poll creation link are now permitted and that will mean both our links will work.
