Unless something really obvious is missing polls are posted exactly as they are submitted. Since I just idle on IRC using irssi I wasn't aware of anything missing and just posted it as it was.

If the submitter doesn't include the options then they won't be there - I guess this means we should encourage people who submit polls to add as many options as they can think of...

Where is the KVIrc?It beats XChat easily - looks great, has tons of features, built-in scripting, a bunch of DCC and CTCP improvements, ... finally, it's one of the best GUI clients available for Linux as well as for Win*, etc :).Of course it is open source.

I use gajim and ejabberd:s IRC-transport. Works greate. So why isn't ejabberd and or gajim a possible selection? :)

bitchx for the /orignick command :) useful for when someone takes your nick on a network that doesn't have nickserv (quakenet)

zirc (add-on for zsh) - no separate interface from the regular shell so you can do your shell things and monitor your channel at the same time. Probably not for serious irc-ing though.

I'll second the screen recommendation. I pity anyone not using it. http://del.icio.us/andmalc/screen

I voted GAIM and use Rhapsody when I need to get the system back to where X is working.

Having read the Grave bug report against Rhapsody, which explains why it is only in unstable, I think I'll uninstall it this evening.
