Comment handling fixed!

Comment handling should now work as expected for posting comments.
This means:
- Plain Text
< and > will be handled with no special behaviour.
- HTML Text
All standard tags will work as expected. Additionally < will not be converted to < after a preview.
Report bugs as you find them.
Note: this means that BBCode will not be added in the short term. It might arrive in the future if there is another need for it, or if the code gets too complex.
