Take a look at Amazon's list of 25 best-selling laptops.
At the time of this writing,
- 9 of them run Mac OS X
- 8 of them run Vista
- 8 of them run ... Linux: all 6 different models of the EeePC + Nokia N800 and Nokia N810.

So, can a person use a Mac book and still run/support debian on laptops?
Perhaps we could use a Poll on the best Debian/guru laptop :)
I am getting ready to test a Macbook Pro...
I love running debian everywhere, but laptops and all their bits are a challenge to get working just right with Debian.
