Making my webcam work

My Novatech V13 has a built-in web cam. According to lsusb I have a ID 5986:0241 Acer, Inc BisonCam, NB Pro webcam, which the kernel identifies and installs the uvcvideo kernel module okay. It assigns a usb input node but doesn't create the proper node in /dev/usb/.

I also had troubles with it, it's an issue with the Kernel in 2.6.32, compiling and installing kernel 2.6.34 solved it for me.

I thought that may be the case. As the box is running testing I'll get that kernel sometime after the current release.
