might I suggest a full band of velcro... may save the day if you happen to pick it up quickly and notice too late it is upside-down. ;-)

Hmm.... Not a bad idea. I had also noticed that the two velcro holders would not give as much hold as needed if they aren't placed completely over one another. I will try to get a full or two piece (covering 70% - 80 %) strip. Thanks.

It is a handmade Macbook Pro sleeve with enough padding on the inside and black silk on the outside for a snazzy finish. It was a gift, but I could inquire if another can be made and delivered. Price? Don't know yet.
