I work at a large mortgage company and use Debian Linux Testing as my primary desktop. Turns out Linux is a very viable desktop solution, Evolution for email, I have no problems getting to our Active Directory resources, i.e. Printers and Shared Files. Recently, I was trying to fill out a form on our intranet and it did not render very well at all. It turns out that any page that is XML based, style sheets, RSS and others, will not display properly in my instance of Firefox. You can go to http://www.fordvehicles.com and see if yours works properly. Here is what it's suppose to look like. And here is what mine looks like. I have no clue what's causing this or what to do to fix it. Is it an inherrent problem in the Linux port of Mozilla Firefox or is it a problem with the Debian maintained version of Firefox? It may also just be my individual install. I might be missing a lib that firefox requires to display xml properly. Either way, I would appreciate any help any of you can give me. Thank you in advance for your time.
