While it may be nice to take a video of your problem I think it would be easier to just type the error message into your original post.
As I can't tell from the video what is going on I can't offer any help.
How did you put Debian on the box? What options did you pick?
It's clearly mostly working okay, but there is a problem with the desktop, which means it should be easy enough to fix if we had a better idea what the problem is.

I agree with ajt here that you should post text, not video. There are a number of reasons why posting your technical problem here as a youtube video is a bad idea. Not least among them:
- indexing video is much harder than indexing text. If someone else eventually has the same problem as you, they won't be able to search for the text of your shared problem and find your post. This is not helpful to the larger community.
- You are posting to a site focussed on a system that revolves around the idea of free software, and you posted a link to video in a format that is decidedly non-free (for example, see section 3a of the license for the specification of the flash file format itself). While not everyone here entirely avoids non-free tools, you're definitely limiting your audience when you choose a non-free format for your question.
- To watch a video requires as much time as the full duration of the video. But a fluent reader can quickly skim a textual post in a fraction of the time to know if it's relevant for them, or worth spending more time to read. By posting video, you're giving your readers less control over their time if they choose to engage with your question.
- By posting a YouTube video, your post is now only meaningful as long as YouTube keeps the video live. If YouTube decides (they don't need a reason -- see 4J of the YouTube terms of service) that it should be taken down, your question as written here becomes meaningless. Why add that extra point of failure?
