Thanks a lot buddy. I m familiar with red-hat. But now i joined an airlines company which is fully based on debian. Thats why i taste this 1. Pls reply me if i send any questions.....

If you know how to handle RedHat already, a must read book is "Linux Administration Handbook", by Evi Nemeth et Al, Prentice Hall, ISBN 0-13-148004-9

That is an excellent suggestion, even more as you say you know Red Hat, so you don't need to learn Linux, but need to know Debian GNU/Linux.
I'd also say that this site is a wonderful repository of good how-to articles, and is well worth taking the effort to explore.
As is often said in other places, the best way to get good answers is with good questions, "wanna learn debian" is a bit vague...
