Firefox 3b3 (nightly) and z-index

Trying firefox 3b3, I see a change in handling of z-index in the 350.com web builder. Something that is only visible to the test accounts, we were sticking a "beta" logo over some items using z-index, and then putting a dialog on top, and the logo shows through the dialog with Firefox 3b3 (nightly build).

After a quick look I concluded that Firefox 3b3 was right, and that every other web browser we had tried was wrong (IE6, IE7 and Firefox 2), these graphics had a z-index higher than the "pop-up" box that should appear on top of them. Easily fixed, but seems unlikely to me that all the other browsers were wrong, and firefox 3b3 (nightly build) was right. This was on top of a Dojo dialog with decoration. We are so far away from standard conforming pages here, I suspect there is no way to determine the "correct way" to render this, which makes bug reporting interesting.

Some random stuff for Google to index
