DVLA - save us from eGovernment

Sent an email to the DVLA.
Received "autoresponse" acknowledging it 14 days later?!
Received a human(?) response saying I want a different bit of the organization - so I guess their mail client (Oracle Siebel) doesn't have a "forward" button.
My email related to why they don't make better use of email....
