Learning to create style

I did a revamp of the stylesheet for Debian Administration, "just for fun".
Steve put it here;

You can try it in your "options" setting, where there is an alternative stylesheet option, just paste the URL in, and it should get "redder".
I would welcome comments on stylistic aspects -- i.e. what works, what doesn't. Font and colour choice etc.
At the moment I'm not too worried about the beauty of my CSS coding (too much like the day job). Although constructive comments welcome there as well.
Don't expect anything to change, as this is just for educating my taste.
