OpenVPN - which HW router?

Hello,

I need to try some HW routers that are able to connect to OpenVPN. Does anyone have some tips on that topic? Do you have some suggestions which HW router is good to use?

Topology will be:
private <-> HW router <-> OpenVPN Debian/Sarge server <-> HW router <-> private
VPNs will be bridged (I need ARP to go through the tunnels).

Or, if you can, give me some links to resources on the Internet where I can find some information on that topic, please. Google did not give me much information.

I think a lot of this depends on what kind of money you want to spend. You are looking for a HW router, but are you looking for a $60 device from Best Buy or a $700 Netscreen firewall. The latter obviously will connect to open VPN, but if you are anything like me, you probably cannot afford it. Some clarification as to what exactly you are looking for would be nice.

I do not think you're going to have much luck finding an off-the-shelf device that can work with OpenVPN.

You can probably modify your custom firmware for a router/access point device (Linksys WRT54Gs are notorious for this) and add OpenVPN to it. There may even exist a firmware with OpenVPN included already.
